It is recommended that you open the Box as soon as possible and inspect for concealed damages.

STOP- DO NOT RETURN: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please give us the chance to work with you to correct it. Send an e-mail to [email protected] with the description of the issue along with pictures if necessary,  and the warranty customer support team will answer you to correct any issues, please allow for 24 hours.

REFUNDS

  • REFUND WILL BE SENT WITHIN 15 DAYS OF INSPECTION/RETURN.
  • REFUND WILL BE CREDITED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD USED TO PURCHASE

  • NOTE: Should the product been placed inside the truck for shipping and can’t be removed on time or it has already been shipped prior to your e-mail, BUYER will be responsible for its return shipping costs.
