Mau Cat Tree Giveaway - Subscription Required

Official Rules

1. Eligibility: Mau Cat Tree Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of United States (USA) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Mau, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.
2. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on June 3rd, 2024 and ends July 3rd, 2024 ("Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will be disqualified.
3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must subscribe to Mau's email communications list via the provided entry form or link during the Giveaway Period. Only one entry per person is allowed.
4. Prize: One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winner will receive a cat tree of their choice from Mau's available selection, subject to availability and a maximum value of USD$500.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random within 7 days after the end of the Giveaway Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Notification: The potential winner will be notified via email within 5 business days after the winner is selected. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner fails to respond within the specified time period, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Prize Delivery: The winner must provide Mau a valid address via email. Mau will cover the cost of shipping. Any taxes or additional fees associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. Publicity: By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to allow Mau to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions: Mau reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Mau in its sole discretion.
10. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Mau and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
11. Privacy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on Mau's website. By entering this Giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy.
12. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Giveaway is Mau.
